Survey Form
Maybe you need a little more time. Actually, you may return the IACA
survey form anytime. However, if you return by April 16, to compensate
your time and effort, you can enter into a lucky drawing for a special
prize to be announced at the New Member Welcome Party on April 22 from
3-5pm. If you need additional copies, please go to www.iacaonline.org
or call Yvonne Shen at 733-8095.
Directory Advertisement
If you or your friends want to put an ad in the coming directory
to be published during the Dragon Boat Festival, please submit your
camera ready ad letter 4 size to IACA Directory, P.O. Box 18, Carmel,
IN 46032.
Deadline for submission is May 19.
Advertisement fees are follows: $75 for half inside page, $150 for full
inside page, $300 for full page inside back cover and $400 for full
page back cover. Members receive a 20% discount. For further information,
