Annual River and Greenways Clean-up

For the 12th year, Indianapolis Department of Parks and Recreation (Indy Parks) Greenways Division (Greenways) joins hands with Indianapolis Department of Public Works (DPW) Environmental Resource Management Division (ERMD) and several not-for-profit organizations and private businesses in organizing and sponsoring the Annual White River and Greenways Clean-up on April 15, 2000.

This event originating from a group of citizen volunteers has the vision of restoring the natural beauty of White River. Public and private sectors share their vision developed over the years. Greenways and ERMD continue the clean-up effort.

Volunteers will receive complimentary T-shirts and snacks or lunches. For more information, please call Greenways at 327-7431 indicating that you are interested in signing up for the event. When you call please indicate that you are an IACA member. IACA members who participate will also receive a free IACA t-shirt.
